Meet Bariatric Surgeons Dr. Jessee and Dr. Ache

Tiffany Jessee, D.O., F.A.C.O.S.
Dr. Tiffany Jessee is one of the few fellowship trained Bariatric Surgeons in the state of Florida. This means that she has received additional highly specialized training in bariatric surgery. She is also a Board Certified General Surgeon.
Dr. Jessee is a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and holds the designation of Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
She received her medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in her native state of WV. She completed her general surgery residency training at Sun Coast Hospital in Largo, Florida. She then traveled to Coral Gables, Florida where she completed a one year fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopy and Bariatric Surgery.
Dr. Jessee has been performing Bariatric surgery since 2002, and currently devotes her Bariatric practice to Adjustable Gastric Banding and Sleeve Gastrectomy. She is also one of the few surgeons in the area who place both Lap-Band® and Realize® gastric banding systems. She serves on the faculty of Nova Southeastern University and provides clinical training for general surgery residents through their program at Largo Medical Center Indian Rocks Campus in Largo, Florida.
Dr. Jessee is well-known for her compassion towards her patients. She works with each person as an individual to help them achieve, and ultimately maintain, their weight-loss goals. Her patients often remark how her personal touch encourages them towards a happier and healthier lifestyle!
Robyn Ache D.O.
Dr. Robyn Ache was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Dr. Ache completed her rotating internship and general surgery residency under the training of Dr. Jessee at Largo Medical Center, Indian Rocks Campus, Largo, Florida. Dr. Ache is Fellowship trained in advanced laparoscopy and bariatric surgery. Dr. Ache specializes in general surgery as well as bariatric surgery; sleeve gastrectomy and gastric banding using the LAP-BAND and Realize banding systems.
She is a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. Dr. Ache is board elligible.
Dr. Ache partnered with Dr. Jessee in 2011 and brings the same compassionate care and surgical expertise that Sun Coast Bariatrics has been proud of since 2002.
